Trip Focus: Children's & Youth Ministry

The El Salvador Team will travel to San Salvador for one week this summer. The team will work alongside the local church youth and volunteers to put on an OHC-style “Bible Club” in two different communities. We will work side-by-side with our Salvadoran friends to teach kids about Jesus and reach into the community. This will be the 4th year in a row that the summer team has focused its efforts on the youth, supporting a key strategy of the local church to raise up Christian leaders from the next generation.

Trip Details:

- Total Trip Cost: $1,600. Airfare cost is $700; OHC MUST arrange all Airfare travel. Land cost is $900; all inclusive: meals, lodging, in-country transportation, insurance, interpreters, bottled water, sightseeing, ministry supplies, etc.

- Team Meetings are required and will focus on building team unity, learning about the culture of our designated country, discuss & plan for our in-country service.

- Trip Orientation: We will have several Team meetings prior to our trip. We will provide you with a Team Informational Packet at the 1st Team Meeting.

- Place of Stay: We will be housed at a local hotel El Salvador which is in the area we will serve with our missionaries.
