The General Epistles | Fall 2022 | Women (Online)

Details

We will be studying six of the seven General Epistles: 1 & 2 Peter, Jude, and 1, 2, & 3 John during 2022-2023. We will address how the New Testament books came to be considered Scripture and the issues which confronted believers in the first century and in our times. We'll also learn about living as aliens in a pagan world, living by reflecting God's love to a world of darkness, enduring persecution, discerning truth, having the assurance of our salvation, and preparing for the coming judgment and eternal life. You can expect to study verse by verse, not skipping any part of the text. We'll have a different teacher each week, homework questions, large and small group discussion, worship, prayer, and service projects. Both beginner and veteran Bible students of all ages are welcome.
