Trip Focus: “Mexico Family Camp” - Home construction in Mexico. OHC teams partner with Amor Ministries, which has built over 6,000 homes for needy families along the U.S./Mexico border since 1980, all while sharing the hope of Jesus. 

Trip Itinerary:

Saturday, June 22: Arrive to San Diego, CA airport by noon. Charter bus directly to Amor Campground in Mexico.
Sunday, June 23: Morning devotions, worship, assigned 'home teams' are formed.
Monday, June 24: Pour concrete for the homes and pre-build the walls onsite.
Tuesday, June 25: Stand up walls and put on the roof; VBS outreach 'Fiesta Jesus'; community eye clinic begins.
Wednesday, June 26: Finish construction by installing windows and doors; wire mesh and stucco on exterior walls.
Thursday, June 27: Complete the second coat of stucco, dedication of the home, present homeowners' the keys, and conclude with a 'Love Feast'.
Friday, June 28: Eat breakfast early morning. Cross border back to hotel in San Diego for free family time.
Saturday, June 29: Meet up for breakfast at hotel or on your own schedule. Families fly back home. 

Baja CA - Mexico Trip Details:

Trip Cost: $1490 (Estimated airfare $550 purchased individually by each traveler separate from other fees)

- Ages 13 and over: $940 - (does not include airfare)
- Ages 12 and under: $550 - (does not include airfare)
* March 15 Deadline for 40% payment. Full payment by May 15.

Lodging: We will be tent camping (large cabin-style tents provided) 

Meals: Breakfast and dinner served at the campgrounds and sandwiches and chips are provided for lunch. Purified water and Gatorade will be provided for the team.
