Meet Our Missionaries

Jose Luis and Valentina met in Monclova, where he was immediately captivated by her. After a year apart, he finally found her again and invited her to dinner. Their relationship grew, and after four years, they were married. This January, they celebrated 47 years of marriage. They have five grown daughters, all of whom are actively involved in ministry, and seven grandchildren. Their greatest passion is loving people, mentoring leaders, and equipping others for ministry.

Ministry Work

The Estradas have dedicated their lives to discipleship and leadership development through a structured four-step ministry approach: evangelism, consolidation, discipleship, and sending. They oversee small evangelistic outreach groups, training programs, and various church ministries, including worship, children’s ministry, youth, ushering, benevolence, and maintenance. Their leadership training program, Destiny Training, equips believers with a strong biblical foundation and practical ministry skills. Graduates are then sent out in ministry pairs to lead small groups and expand the church’s impact. They also encourage leaders to attend training conferences in Mexico City to further their growth and vision.
